متطلبات وتحديات تفعيل الجامعة الذكية في الجامعات الجزائرية مع عرض تجارب ناجحة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد متطلبات والتحديات الحالية التي تواجهها الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل التحول الرقمي والذكي، حيث أصبح من ضروري اعتماد الجامعة الذكية في المنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية وذبك بسبب أهميتها البالغة في تعزيز روح البحث والتطوير لدى الطلبة، أيضا تمكن من تسهيل وتسريع التعاملات الإدارية والتعلمية وبتالي تحقيق كفاءة وفعالية أكبر، لكن الجامعة الجزائرية تواجه جملة من التحديات من اجل التحول الذكي وذلك راجع الى البنية التحتية الهشة حيث لا يوجد بنية تحتية تقنية ومادية قوية التي تسهل عملية نشر المعرفة وتبادل الخبرات ورفع مستوى الابتكار والابداع وتوجه نحو حياة اذكى واسرع. يقدم هذا البحث عرضا للجامعة الذكية محددا مكوناتها ومتطلباتها وأيضا التحديات التي تواجه الجامعة في التحول الذكي وملخصا لاهم التجارب الدولية والعربية الناجحة التي تمكنت من تحقيق رسالة ورؤية الجامعة الذكية والتي تسعى في تحسين الأداء الجامعي وزيادة الكفاءة. This study aims to identify the current requirements and challenges facing Algerian universities in the context of digital and smart transformation. It has become essential to adopt the smart university in the Algerian educational system due to its significant importance in fostering research and development spirit among students. Additionally, it facilitates and expedites administrative and educational transactions, thereby achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness. However, the Algerian university encounters a set of challenges for the smart transformation due to its fragile infrastructure. There is a lack of robust technological and material infrastructure that facilitates the dissemination of knowledge, exchange of experiences, and enhances innovation and creativity, aiming for a smarter and faster life. This research provides an overview of the smart university, outlining its components and requirements. It also discusses the challenges facing the university in its smart transformation, along with a summary of key successful international and Arab experiences. These experiences have managed to fulfill the mission and vision of the smart university, seeking to enhance academic performance and increase efficiency.
