Résumé: ملخص: يعد الاستهلاك مظهر من مظاهر تفشي الرأسمالية المعاصرة، يجعل المدينة عالمية التوجه بعيدا عن أصالتها الحضرية، والثقافة الاستهلاكية في المدينة جزء مهم من الثقافة الحضرية، فنستطيع من خلالها الاستدلال عن نمط عيش وثقافة حضرية محلية، أما بالنسبة للاستهلاك كجزء من مخلفات الحداثة الرأسمالية والمجتمع الاستهلاكي فهو جديد نسبيا. والحياة الحضرية مغمورة بأساليب الاستهلاك وجزء مهم منها، فالتحرر من الزراعة والانتقال إلى التجارة بالفائض في الإنتاج هو ما شيد المدن الأولى. حاضرة تلمسان بموقعها الاستراتيجي على المحاور التجارية جعل منها مدينة الأسواق والحرف والصنائع، ازدهرت في القرون الوسطى بسبب الاتفاقيات والتعاون بين الزيانيين وممالك الأندلس وعلاقاتهما الدبلوماسية المميزة. ثم دخلت الركود بعد دخول العثمانيين؛ حيث فقدت ريادتها وتحطمت القاعدة الاقتصادية بالاجتياح الفرنسي، وأُفرغت المدينة من محتواها الاجتماعي وفقدت صانعيها والحرفيين الذين جعلوا من منتجاتها عالمية. بعد الاستقلال كانت العودة محتشمة للسكان وأهملت الحرف والصنائع التقليدية، فدخلت الحاضرة طور استقبال الحداثة واستبدال التجارة والحرف بالاستيراد والاستهلاك، وعادت التبعية الاقتصادية التي عمل السلاطين الزيانيين بجهد لحلها فيما مضى، واستلاب نماذج حضرية جاهزة تدعم نزعة الاستهلاك بدل الاكتفاء الذاتي، وفقدت أصالتها الحضرية التي كانت ميزة لها فيما مضى بسبب العولمة، ودخلت ضمن الركود الثقافي. Abstract: The consumption is a face of modern Capitalism; it makes the city global and lost its Authenticity, to deal with the repressive Rationality in the modern society.The Islamic Medina is not an exception; especially with the invasion of Globalization. The consumption in the city expresses the place and the social identity, through the consumption spaces, goods and Market. Tlemcen Medina and its strategic location on the commercial hubs; made it a city of markets and crafts. It flourished in the middle Ages due to the cooperation between the Zyanid and the Andalusian, and their distinguished diplomatic relations. Then the beginning of the falling after the entry of the Ottomans, where it lost its leadership, and the economic base was destroyed by French overrun and emptied the city of its social contents. Besides, the replacement of trade and crafts with the import and consumption. Moreover, losing the economic dependency that Zyanid sultan worked hard to solve. Otherwise; the appropriation of ready urban models that support the consumption trend instead of self-sufficiency; and lost its urban origin that was an advantage to it previously and Tlemcen Medina one of these cities, which lost its urban Authenticity.
