دور رأس المال الاجتماعي في تحقيق المزايا التنافسية الاخلاقية للمنظمة

Résumé: اهتمت الادارة في كثير من المنظمات الرسمية وغير الرسمية بالجوانب الاجتماعية والاخلاقية بدءا بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، التعلم التنظيمي، الادارة القائمة على الثقة، فرق ومجموعات العمل، ثقافة المنظمة ثم وصولا الى المدخل الاداري القائم على رأس المال الاجتماعي. يهدف هذه البحث الى التعرف على مفهوم كل من رأس المال الاجتماعي، المزايا التنافسية الاخلاقية وكذا الاشارة الى مسؤولية المنظمة اتجاه صناعة رأسمالها الاجتماعي الايجابي و ابراز دوره وأهميته في تحقيق مزايا تنافسية أخلاقية . توصلنا من خلال هذا البحث الى أن رأس المال الاجتماعي هو ما يمكن استخدامه كمصدر للميزة فهو استثمار في العلاقات الاجتماعية مع عوائد متوقعة في السوق. كما خلصنا الى أنه يوجد تأثير لرأس المال الاجتماعي (الاستقلالية والموضوعية، الأمانة والاستقامة ،النزاهة والشفافية ) على تحقيق مزايا تنافسية أخلاقية. In many formal and informal organizations, the administration has been concerned with social and ethical aspects, starting with social responsibility, organizational learning, trust-based management, work teams and groups, organizational culture, and then down to the administrative approach based on social capital. This study aims to identify the concept of social capital, ethical competitive advantages, as well as to indicate the responsibility of the organization towards the manufacture of its positive social capital and to highlight its role and importance in achieving ethical competitive advantages. Through this study, we concluded that social capital is what can be used as a source of advantage. It is an investment in social relations with expected returns in the market. We also concluded that there is an effect of social capital (independence and objectivity, honesty and integrity, integrity and transparency) on achieving ethical competitive advantages.
