قراءة الإمام الكسائي انفراداً واتفاقاً وأثرها في التفسير والأحكام

Résumé: ملخص البحث جاء هذا البحث بعنوان : ( قراءة الإمام الكسائي انفراداً واتفاقاً وأثرها في التفسير والأحكام ) ، حيث تناول الإمام الكسائي إمام مدرسة الكوفة النحوية ، وهو أحد القرّاء السبعة المشهورين، وتتميز قراءته بأنها وسط بين قراءة أستاذه حمزة وقراءة غيره، فهو صاحب اختيار، كما أن لاختياراته هذه في القراءة أثراً كبيرً في توجيه المعنى القرآني وتفسيره أو اختلاف الأحكام الفقهية، وقد تعرض هذا البحث بالتعريف بالإمام الكسائي وقراءته، كما تعرض بالبحث والتحليل لثمانية عشر موضعاً من قراءات الإمام الكسائي التي لها الأثر الواضح في اختلاف تفسير الآية أو ما يترتب عليها من أحكام . ويهدف هذا الموضوع إلى جمع وترتيب المادة المبثوثة في مراجع القراءات وكتب التفسير في مكان واحد يسهل مطالعته والاستفادة منه ، ويهدف أيضاً إلى بيان الحكم والفوائد من خلال تعدد القراءات وتنوعها ، مستخدماً المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستقرائي لبعض قراءات الإمام الكسائي ، وبيان أثرها في التفسير والأحكام . وخلص البحث بنتائج عدة ، من أهمها : - إثبات أن الإمام الكسائي صاحب اختيار في القراءات المتواترة ، كما أن القراءات المتواترة وحي من الله ، والاختلاف فيها اختلاف تنوع لا تضاد ، إضافة إلى أن القراءات السبع هي من ضمن الأحرف السبعة لا كلها . Research Summary This research title is ( Imam Al-Kisa'i Reading and Its impact on interpretation & terms ) whereas it describes Imam Al-Kisa'i who is the Imam of Kufa School of Arabic Grammar and he is one of the famous Seven Readers, (seven canonical Qira'at). His reading is distinguished of being as a medium between the reading of his teacher, Hamza and the reading of other readers. Furthermore, he is selective reader and his selections in his reading has a major effect in directing the Koran meaning, its interpretation or the variety of the Islamic jurisprudence terms. This research also introduced Imam Al-Kisa'i and his readings, furthermore it investigated and analyzed sixteen locations of the of Imam Al-Kisa'i readings which have clear impact in the variety of the Koran verse (Aya) interpretation or the consequences resulted from it. This subject aims at collecting and arranging the materials spreading in the reading references and the interpretation books in one place which facilitates reading and also getting advantage from it. It also aims at showing the wisdoms and benefits through the multiple and varied readings by using the descriptive analytical method for some of the readings of Imam Al-Kias'i and showing their impact on interpretation and terms. The following are some of the important results concluded by the research: Proving that Imam Al-Kias'i is a selective in the recurrent readings. Furthermore, the recurrent readings are a revelation from God and disagreement about them is disagreement in diversity and not in contrast, moreover, the seven readings are a part and not all the seven aspects.
