اليقظة العقلية وعلاقتها بجودة الأداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة
Résumé: The current study aimed to explore the relationship between mindfulness and teaching performance quality among primary school teachers in some elementary schools in Ouargla city, as well as to identify the levels of mindfulness and teaching performance quality and the differences between them based on gender and age. The study sample consisted of 120 male and female teachers, selected through simple random sampling. The tools used in the study were two prepared questionnaires: the first questionnaire focused on mindfulness, developed by Abdullah (2013), and the second questionnaire focused on teaching performance quality, developed by Moufak Asmaa (2016). The study revealed the following results m: -There is a relationship between mindfulness and teaching performance quality among primary school teachers in some elementary schools in Ouargla city. -There is a high level of mindfulness and teaching performance quality among primary school teachers in some elementary schools in Ouargla city. -There are no differences in mindfulness and teaching performance quality attributed to gender and age variables.
