التأمين على عمليات نقل الدم في التشريع الجزائري.

Résumé: يكتسي موضوع التأمين على عمليات نقل الدم أهمية بالغة من حيث المخاطر التي أضحي يتعرض لها المتبرعين من جهة والمتبرع لهم من ناحية أخرى، حيث أضحى التفكير في ا يجاد قواعد وضوابط للتحكم في مدى زيادة و تفاقم أضرار عمليات نقل الدم بشكل كبير حدث يؤرق فقهاء القانون والباحثين. ولا يتأتي دلك إلا من خلال تبني القواعد المنصوص على في قواعد التأمين ومحاولة تطويعها من أجل مواكبة المستجدات التي طرأت على جانب المسؤولية اقتدئاً ببعض التشريعات الرائدة في هذا المجال على غرار التشريع الفرنسي مثالاً لا حصراً. كذلك العمل على إعداد مشروع قانون يحتوي وينظم عمليات نقل الدم من بدايتها إلي غاية وصوله بشكل أمن الى المتبرع وكذا التأكد من عدم وجود مضاعفات من جراء العملية.
