تحديات الأمن الغذائي العالمي ومتطلبات استدامته في ظل تداعيات الأزمات العالمية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على تحديات الأمن الغذائي العالمي في ظل تداعيات الأزمات العالمية وسبل تحقيق استدامته، و بيان اسباب ومنطلقات هذه الأزمات وتأثيرها على اسعار المواد الغذائية والانتاج العالمي للمحاصيل الزراعية خاصة القمح . كما هدفت الدراسة لتبيان الجهود المبذولة من طرف المنظمات الدولية لتحقيق استدامة الأمن الغذائي العالمي. وباعتبار روسيا وأوكرانيا من أهم منتجي ومصدري المحاصيل الزراعية في العالم فإن الحرب الروسية الاوكرانية فاقمت من حدة أزمة الغذاء العالمية، كما كان لارتفاع اسعار الطاقة سببا في ارتفاع الاسعار في الفترة الممتدة من 2008 الى 2012. وقد وصل نقص التغذية العالمي الى اعلى مستوياته سنة 2022 بسبب آثار تغيير المناخ والصراعات الاقليمية بالإضافة الى أزمة سلاسل التوريد خلال جائحة covid-19. وقد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة معالجة الاسباب الجذرية لانعدام الأمن الغذائي من خلال تقديم المساعدات المالية للدول النامية لتحسين قدراتها في مجال الانتاج الزراعي، اصلاح انظمة التجارة الدولية والقضاء على الحواجز التجارية لضمان وصول غذاء آمن للجميع ومن ثم تحقيق استدامة في مجال الأمن الغذائي العالمي. This study aimed to identify the challenges of global food security in light of global crises and ways to achieve its sustainability, and to highlight the causes and origins of these crises and their impact on food prices and global production of agricultural crops, especially wheat. The study also aimed to demonstrate the efforts made by international organizations to achieve the sustainability of global food security .. Considering that Russia and Ukraine are among the most important producers and exporters of agricultural crops in the world, the Russo-Ukrainian war has exacerbated the global food crisis. The rise in energy prices also contributed to the increase in prices from 2008 to 2012. Global malnutrition reached its highest levels in 2022 due to the effects of climate change, regional conflicts, and supply chain crises during the COVID-19 pandemic .. The study recommended the need to address the root causes of food insecurity by providing financial assistance to developing countries to improve their agricultural production capabilities, reforming international trade systems, and eliminating trade barriers to ensure access to safe food for everyone and thus achieve sustainability in the field of global food security.
