تطوير تعليميّة اللّغة العربيّة في سيّاق الاستعمال المؤسّساتي Developing Arabic Language Didactics In The Context Of Institutional Use

Résumé: يجمع المهتمّون بشأن اللّغة العربيّة أنّها تواجه تحدّيّات وصراعات جرّاء الضّربات الّتي تتلقّاها داخليّا وخارجيّا. فعلى الصّعيد الدّاخليّ أضحى تنكّر فئة من العرب للغتهم يتجلّى في استخدامهم للغات أجنبيّة في جلّ تعاملاتهم اليوميّة، إمّا على الصّعيد الرّسميّ أو على الصّعيد العامّ، بل وُجد من نادي إلى هجر اللّغة الفصحى واستبدالها باللّهجات العامّيّة بدعوى التّسهيل والتّيسير، ولا يمكن أن يكون هذا الانسلاخ إلّا أزمة حضاريّة تعيشها فئة من أمتنا العربية. أمّا على الصّعيد الخارجيّ فالحرب على اللّغة العربيّة يحمل مشروعا معقّدا تسعى بعض الأمم إلى تحقيقه، خاصّة تلك الّتي مرّت بوطننا العربي من بوابة الاستعمار، إذ ما زال حلمها بالعودة إلى مستعمراتها القديمة قائما، ويبدو أنّها اهتدت إلى طريقها من خلال المشروع العولماتيّ الّذي تأمل أن يضمن لها هيمنة على جميع الأصعدة، سياسيّا وثقافيّا واقتصاديّا، وربّما بتكاليف أقلّ. Abstract: Those interested in Arabic language affair agree that it actually faces challenges and conflicts as a result of the blows it receives internally and externally. At the internal level, the denial of a category of Arabs of their language is reflected/ manifested in the use of foreign languages in most of their daily dealings, either at the official or the public level, but rather there are who call to the abandonment of the classical Arabic to be substituted by colloquial dialects under the pretext of facilitation and management. This disintegration cannot be but a civilizational crisis experienced by a group of our Arab nation. On the external level, the war on the Arabic language carries a complex project that some nations seek to achieve, especially those having passed through our Arab homeland from the gate of colonialism. As their dream and will of returning to their ex-colonies still exist, and it seems to have been guided to their path by the global project, which they hope will ensure them hegemony at all levels; political, cultural and economical, and perhaps at lower costs.
