الأمن البيئي والأمن الانساني تكامل أم تقاطع

Résumé: يعتبر الأمن البيئي واحد من القضايا غير التقليدية الّتي ساهمت في توسيع وكذا تعميق مفهوم الأمن، فقد ساهم في تعميق الأمن من خلال اهتمامه ليس فقط بأمن الدولة، ولكن أيضا بأمن الأفراد، البيئة، الأنظمة الفرعية، كما ساهم في توسيع الأمن من خلال خطر الحروب، بل عالج أخطارا أخرى غير الحرب فرضها التغيير البيئي على الإنسان، حيث يقوم الأمن الإنساني حول التغيّر البيئي بأمننة التغيّرات البيئية الفعلية. The environment security is considred as one of the non traditional issues, it contributed in extending and deepening the concept of security, It did not only contribute in the security of government, but also the security of individuals, environment, and the systimatical branches. Moreover, it contributed in extending the security through clarifying the danger of war. In addition to other dangers that the environment change imposes on makind, that the human security is based on the environment change by securing the real environment changes.
