السياسة النقدية وأثرها على بعض المتغيرات الكلية للاقتصاد الجزائري -دراسة تحليلية للفترة (2001-2018)-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر السياسة النقدية على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية المتمثلة في كلّ من: النمو الاقتصادي، التضخم والبطالة خلال الفترة الممتدة من (2001-2018). و توصّلت الدراسة أنه لم يتم تحقق الأثر المنتظر من السياسة النقدية على معظم المتغيرات محل الدراسة نتيجة عدّة أسباب لعل أبرزها سيطرة قطاع المحروقات على تشكيلة الصادرات في الجزائر النقص في الاستثمارات وانعدام وجود سياسة وطنية لحلّ مشحل البطالة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of monetary policy on some of macroeconomic variables represented in: economic growth, inflation and unemployment during the period (2001-2018). The study concluded that the expected effect of monetary policy on most of the variables under study was not achieved due to several reasons, perhaps the most prominent of which is the hydrocarbon sector’s control over the variety of exports in Algeria, the lack of investments and the absence of a national policy to solve the unemployment problem.
