دور الحوكمة المصرفية في ادارة المخاطر المالية بالبنوك التجارية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز دور الحوكمة المصرفيةفي ادارة المخاطر المالية، من خلال أبعادها الخمسة (ضمان وجود إطار فعال للحوكمة المصرفية، الحقوق والمعاملة المتساوية للمساهمين، مراعاة أصحاب المصالح، الإفصاح والشفافية، مسؤوليات مجلس الإدارة، الحوكمة المصرفية)، والتي يمكن من خلالها قياس مدى مساهمة كل بعد في ادارة المخاطر المالية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على موظفي بنك البركة الجزائري (فروع الجزائر العاصمة ) ، وتم استخدام الأساليب الاحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات المجموعة بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS_v26. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن بنك البركة يلتزم بمبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية، ويتبنى سياسة صارمة لادارة المخاطر، كما أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 لأبعاد الحوكمة المصرفية على ادارة المخاطر المالية. Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the role of banking governance in financial risk management, through its five dimensions (ensuring the existence of an effective framework for banking governance, rights and equal treatment of shareholders, taking into account stakeholders, disclosure and transparency, responsibilities of the board of directors, and banking governance), which enable During which, the extent of the contribution of each dimension to financial risk management was measured. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the employees of Al Baraka Bank of Algeria, and appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the collected data, relying on the Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.
