Emotional Intelligence And Its Relation With Communication Skills Of Primary School Teachers In The City Of M’sila

Résumé: This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and its five dimensions and communication skills, also to detect gender differences in emotional intelligence and communication skills, the researcher relied on the correlational descriptive method, because it is suitable for the research subject, the sample of the study reached (300) teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, we used the emotional intelligence scale (Osman Rizk 2001) and the communication skills questionnaire designed by the researcher, after processing the data statistically, the study revealed the following results: - There is a statistical correlation between emotional intelligence and communication skills of primary school teachers. - There are no statistical differences between the two genders in emotional intelligence. - There are no statistical differences between the two genders in communication skills.
