Résumé: ملخص: وضع المشرع آليات مؤسساتية هدفها تطهير الملكية العقارية الخاصة من خلال التكفل بإعداد مسح الأراضي العام وتأسيس السجل العقاري و إجراء التحقيق العقاري، تتمثل في كل من لجنة مسح الاراضي، مصالح ادارة املاك الدولة والشؤون العقارية، والمحافظة العقارية، حيث يستهدف هذا البحث تسليط الضوء عليها وتحديد دورها في ذلك. كلمات مفتاحية: لجنة مسح الأراضي.، المحافظة العقارية.، مسح الأراضي.، الملكية العقارية.، التطهير العقاري. Abstract: The legislator has put in place institutional mechanisms aimed at cleansing private real estate property through the preparation of the general survey of lands and the establishment of the real estate registry and the conduct of the real estate investigation. These mechanisms are represented by the Land Survey Committee, the State Property and Real Estate Administration Departments, and the Real Estate Governorate, where this research aims to shed light on them and their role in doing so.
