مضامين الدبلوماسية الأمنية للجزائر وانعكاسها على إدارة التهديدات الجديدة بالساحل الافريقي

Résumé: : تتناول الدراسة تحليل أهم مضامين الدبلوماسية الامنية لسياسة الجزائر الخارجية، من خلال مناقشة والتعمق في مدى نجاعة الاستراتيجيات الامنية للجزائر في إدارة التهديدات الجديدة بالقارة الافريقية او فشلها خاصة بالنسبة لدول الجوار الإقليمي بالساحل والتي لها انعكاس مباشر على الامن القومي والوطني، اضافة الى التطرق لأبعاد المبادرات الامنية بالمنطقة جنوب الصحراء والساحل خاصة على مستوى هيئات الاتحاد الافريقي ومنظمة الامم المتحدة انطلاقا من تفعيل مبادئ عدم التدخل قي الشؤون الداخلية للدول ودعم قضايا التحرر بالمستعمرات الافريقية والتي ساهمت في حل العديد من النزاعات بين الدول الافريقية، وبالتالي تهدف الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على قضايا الصراعات الاثنية والقبلية و ازمات الفشل الدولاتي بأفريقيا، وكذا حالات الضعف الأمني والانهيار الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي، اضافة تفاقم ظواهر الجريمة المنظمة و الهجرة غير الشرعية والارهاب العابر للحدود. The study deals with analyzing the most important contents of security diplomacy in Algeria's foreign policy, through discussing and delving into the effectiveness of Algeria's security strategies in managing new threats in the African continent or their failure, especially for the countries of the regional neighborhood in the Sahel, which have a direct impact on national and national security, in addition to addressing the dimensions of security initiatives in the sub-Saharan and Sahel region, especially at the level of the African Union and the United Nations organizations, based on activating the principles of non-interference in the internal affairs of countries and supporting liberation issues in African colonies, which contributed to resolving many conflicts between African countries. Therefore, the study aims to shed light on issues of ethnic and tribal conflicts and crises of state failure in Africa, as well as cases of security weakness and economic and social collapse, in addition to the exacerbation of the phenomena of organized crime, illegal immigration and cross-border terrorism.
