دراسة طيفية لسندات متعددة السن الحاملة للوظيفة الايمينية وتطبيقاتها

Résumé: "في هذا العمل تم تحضير بنجاح ثلاثة سندات حاملة للوظيفة الإيمينية؛ سندات ""شيف""، وهذا انطلاقا من عملية التكثيف لمركبات كربونيلية وهي البنزوين وساليسالدهيد مع ايثيلان ثنائي الأمين كما تم مقارنه النتائج الطيفية النظرية (النمذجة الجزيئية وذلك باستعمال برنامج GAUSSIAN 09 W) بالنتائج الطيفية التجريبية وتبين أن نتائج كلا الطريقتين متقاربة إلى حد كبير،بالاضافه لاصطناع بعض المعقدات وذلك باتحاد هذه السندات مع العنصرين الانتقاليين :النيكل والنحاس. شخصت المركبات المحضرة بوسطة مطيافية الأشعة فوق البنفسجية-المرئية والأشعة تحت الحمراء لتحديد أهم الروابط والوظائف المميزة لها، كما درست الفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا لثلاث سلالات بكتيرية مختلفة (pseudomonas، Escherichia Colie وStaphylococcus) فتبين أن المعقدات تملك فعالية جد معتبرة مقارنة بسنداتها. "" In this work, three bonds carrying the Amino function, ""Schiff"" ligand were successfully prepared from the process of condensation of carbonyl compounds, namely benzoine and salisaldehyde with ethylene diamine. The theoretical spectral results (molecular modeling using GAUSSIAN 09 W) were compared with the experimental spectral results, Both methods are very similar, in addition to the synthesis of some complex, by combining these bonds with the two transition elements: nickel and copper. The compounds were diagnosed using ultraviolet-visual and infrared spectroscopy to determine the most important links and functions. The antibacterial activity of three different bacterial strains (pseudomonas, Escherichia colie and Staphylococcus) was also shown to be very effective compared to their bonds "
