Résumé: The subject of the study is centered on the speech of the folk tale in OUARGLA region, which reflects the folk and cultural heritage of the region, as the folk tale is taken from the reality of life، where it talks about challenges, situations and problems faced by people in their daily lives for good and evil, as it helps to strengthen cultural identity and carries more features of folk heritage than other narratives in the oral heritage. Through studying the structure of the book "The folk tale in OUARGLA region", it turned out that the folk tale in the region is not the result of emptiness، but it was a humanitarian work to which all efforts were devoted,and it is one of the closest literary and heritage arts to the human heart.
