Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة برمجيات التسيير المدمجة ERP في تفعيل التكامل المؤسسي حيث تندرج برمجيات التسيير المدمجة ERPضمن نظم المعلومات التي تحقق التكامل المؤسسي الداخلي والخارجي، هذا التكامل الذي لطالما بحثت عنه المؤسسات الاقتصادية والذي أضحى أحد حقائق الربحية في عالم الأعمال، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي والمنهج الوصفي المتناسب مع طبيعة الموضوع، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن برمجيات التسيير المدمجة ERP تعمل على خلق التكامل بين وظائف المؤسسة من خلال دمج جميع تطبيقات المؤسسة ضمن قاعدة بيانات موحدة لتعمل معا بشكل أوتوماتيكيا في عملية تجارية معينة. This study aimed to identify the contribution of enterprise resource planning (ERP) in activating institutional integration, as enterprise resource planning (ERP) falls within the information systems that achieve internal and external institutional integration. Relying on the analytical approach and the descriptive approach commensurate with the nature of the subject, The study concluded that the enterprise resource planning ERP works to create integration between the functions of the organization by integrating all the applications of the organization within a unified database to work together automatically in a specific business process.
