جودة و آفاق الخدمة العمومية بالجزائر في ظل الحكومة الالكترونية والنقالة

Résumé: سنقوم في هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة مدى أهمية الحكومة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة القطاع العمومي في الجزائر و هذا من خلال التعرف على واقع تطور الحكومة الإلكترونية في الوطن العربي ومتطلبات تحقيقها في ظل التطور الذي يعرفه قطاع تكنولوجيا الاتصال المتمثل في التزايد الهائل لعدد الهواتف النقالة ما سمح بظهور مصطلح الحكومة الالكترونية النقالة و النظر في الآفاق المستقبلية للجزائر في الاستفادة من هذه التقنية في تحسين جودة خدماتها العمومية . Through this research we will study the importance of e government in improving the quality of the public sector in Algeria ,by recognizing the reality of e-government development in Arabic countries and the requirements of the government achieved under development that knows communication technology sector of the enormous increase of the number of mobile phones ,has allowed the emergence of mobile e-government term and consider the future prospects of Algeria to take advantage of this technology to improve the quality of their public services.
