دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تحقيق الشمول المالي وجذب العملاء، قراءة في مؤشرات الشمول المالي العالمية

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيان دور التكنولوجيا المالية كصناعة حديثة في تغيير طرق تقديم الخدمات المالية وضمان شمول مالي عادل وكامل ومدى تأثير هذه التغيرات على توجهات العملاء، مستعرضين مؤشرات الشمول المالي عالميا وفي الجزائر، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أدوات التكنولوجيا المالية ساعدت كثيرا في انتشار الخدمات المالية وجذبت اهتمام العملاء رغم الفجوة الكبيرة المسجلة بين الدول وفي الدولة الواحدة بين الشرائح والطبقات، وكذلك عدة عوائق ونقائص تقف دون توسيع دائرة الشمول المالي. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا مالية، شمول مالي، عملاء، خدمات مالية Abstract: This research paper aims to demonstrate the role of financial technology (Fintech) as a modern industry in transforming the methods of delivering financial services and ensuring fair and comprehensive financial inclusion. It examines the impact of these changes on customer attitudes by reviewing Financial Inclusion indicators globally and in Algeria. The study has found that financial technology tools have significantly facilitated the spread of financial services and captured the interest of customers, despite the significant gap observed between countries and within a single country among different social classes. Additionally, several obstacles and shortcomings hinder the expansion of financial inclusion.
