Résumé: الملخص : شكلت دولة الحماديين بالمغرب الأوسط صفحة ناصعة من حلقات تاريخ الجزائر المجيد ، فقد ساهمت في صناعة بعضٍ من التاريخ الإسلامي بل والإنساني ، وسنعرض في مقالنا هذا تأسيس قلعة أبي الطويل التي تُعرف أيضا باسم قلعة بني حماد ، وبعضٍ من أخبارها في شتى صُنوف المدونات المصدرية ككتب التاريخ والرحلة والجغرافيا وغيرها ، كما سنعرض بعض اسهامات القلعة في حقل العلوم والمعارف وبعض أقطاب وعلماء هذا الحقل وقد اخترنا ثلاثة علماء نبغوا في التاريخ والأدب والفقه وهم ابن حماد الصنهاجي وأبي الفضل النحوي وإبراهيم بن حماد القلعي . Abstract : The Hammadid state in central Maghreb formed a bright page in the glorious history of Algeria. It contributed in making some of the Islamic and even human history. In this Article , we will present the founding of Abu al-Tawil Castle, which is also known as the Beni Hammad Castle, and some of its news in various types of source collections, such as history, travel books and geography, etc. We will also present some of the contributions of the Castle in the field of science and knowledge, and some of the leaders and scholars of this field. We have chosen three scholars who excelled in history, literature, and jurisprudence: Ibn Hammad al-Sanhaji, Abi al-Fadl al-Nahwi, and Ibrahim bin Hammad al-Qal’i.
