Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الوصم الاجتماعي الذي يلحق بالنسوة اللاتي ارتكبن جرائم ضد الأخلاق و الآداب العامة ثم أفرج عنهن بعد انقضاء العقوبة القانونية إلا أن آليات الضبط و العقاب الاجتماعي من عادات و تقاليد و قيم سائدة و متوارثة تصبح سلطة نافذة غير مكتوبة، تحول دون اندماج المفرج عنهن في المجتمع و عودتهن إلى وضعهن الطبيعي و انطلاقا من هذه المعطيات سوف نعتمد على المنهج الوصفي ذو الأسلوب التحليلي، على عينة الكرة الثلجية المتراكمة لتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث. This research aims to study the social stigma of women who committed crimes against morality, public morals and then released after the expiration of the legal penalty. However, the mechanisms of discipline and punishment Social norms, traditions and values that are prevalent and inherited become an unwritten power that prevents the integration of those who are released into society and their return to their normal situation .Based on these facts, we will rely on the analytical descriptive method on the snowball sample to achieve the .objectives of this research. .
