A Model Of A Scientific Figure From Ancient Maghreb History (king Juba Ii 25 Bc - 23 Ad)نموذج لشخصية علمية من التاريخ المغاربي القديم (الملك يوبا الثاني 25ق.م-23م)

Résumé: Abstract The ancient Ancient Maghreb countries knew a group of scientific figures who immortalized their history with a scientific cultural heritage, passed down through the generations throughout the ages. Among the most prominent of these figures is King Juba II (25 BC - 23 AD), who was taken prisoner to Rome after his father Juba I was defeated by Rome in the Battle of Thapsus. Juba II was born and raised in the royal court of Emperor Octavian Augustus, and received a Roman upbringing that prepared him to be king on the Mauritanian throne in the future, and to personally take charge of calming this rebellious region. Juba II ruled for fifty years, during which he was known as a thinker, intellectual, and scholar, as well as a political ruler, through his many contributions in various cultural and intellectual fields, as he authored books and researches in various sciences. عرف بلاد المغرب القديم مجموعة من الشخصيات العلمية التي خلدت تاريخها بموروث ثقافي علمي توارثته الأجيال مع الزمن، من هذه الشخصيات الملك يوبا الثاني 25ق.م -23م الذي نقل أسيرا الى روما بعد انهزام والده يوبا الأول ضد روما في معركة تابسوس. نشأ وترعرع في البلاط الملكي للإمبراطور أكتافيوس أغسطس، تلقى تربية رومانية هيأته وأنشأته ليكون في المستقبل ملكا على العرش الموريتاني ويتولى بنفسه تهدئة هذه المنطقة الثائرة، فحكم مدة خمسين عاما، عرف يوبا الثاني مفكرا ومثقفا وعالما كما عرف حاكما سياسيا، ويتجلى ذلك واضحا في إسهاماته الكثيرة في مختلف المجالات الثقافية والفكرية حيث ألف كتبا وبحوثا عديدة في علوم متنوعة.
