دور القيادة الإدارية في تطوير الإبداع التكنولوجي من وجهة نظر العاملين "دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر سكيكدة"

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور القيادة الإدارية في تطوير الإبداع التكنولوجي من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة، من خلال تحليل حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع سكيكدة، وكذلك التعرف على المزايا وكذا المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل دورها، وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة التي اعتمدت على توزيع (50)استبانة منها (47) صالحة للدراسة، وقد أوضحت النتائج أن للقيادة الإدارية دور فعال في تطوير الإبداع التكنولوجي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة، إلا أن هناك بعض المعيقات أهمها رغبة القادة في الحفاظ على سلطتهم وعلى طاعة وولاء مرؤوسيهم والتي تحول دون تفعيل هذا الدور، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة وضع قنوات اتصال فعالة بين القادة والعاملين والعمل على تعزيز وتنمية روح الإبداع لدى العاملين ودعمها. Abstract: This study aims to identify the role of the administrative leadership in the development of technological innovation from the point of view of the employees of the institution, by analyzing the status of the Algerian Telecom Corporation in the branch of Skikda and also to identify the advantages and obstacles that prevent the activation of its role. The results showed that the administrative leadership plays an active role in the development of technological innovation among the employees of the institution. However, there are some obstacles, the most important of which are the desire of the leaders to maintain their authority and the obedience and loyalty of their subordinates. This The role, as this study found a set of recommendations including the need to develop effective channels of communication between the leaders and workers and to promote and develop the spirit of creativity among workers and support.
