دور الشركة الجزائرية لتأمين وضمان الصادرات "cagex" في ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات، "دراسة قياسية 1996-2023"

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد أثر متغير تأمين قروض الصادرات على ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات. ومن خلال الاعتماد على البيانات الرسمية للمجلس الوطني للتأمينات وبنك الجزائر ومعالجتها باستخدام أدوات التحليل الإحصائية والقياسية "الانحدار الخطي البسيط SLR". تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية أو اقتصادية بين المتغير الداخلي والخارجي؛ أي أنه لا يوجد دور مؤثر لخدمات التأمين التي تقدمها الشركة الجزائرية لتأمين وضمان الصادرات على زيادة حجم الصادرات غير النفطية. Abstract: This research paper aims to determine the impact of the export credit insurance on promoting exports outside the hydrocarbon sector. By relying on the official data of the National Insurance Council and Bank of Algeria and processing it using statistical and regression analysis tools "SLR". We concluded that there is no statistically or economically significant impact between the internal and external variables. This means that the Algerian company's insurance have no impact on increasing the volume of exports outside hydrocarbon.
