محددات تطبيق استراتيجية الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة: بالتطبيق على بعض المؤسسات بولاية سطيف / (the Determinants Of The Implementation Of Total Quality Strategy In Smes :applied To Some Enterprises In The State Of Setif)

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق استراتيجية الجودة الشاملة وتحديد المعوقات التي تحد من نجاحها في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بالنظر لخصوصية هذا النوع من المؤسسات على المستوى تنظيمها ومختلف علاقاتها مع البيئة المحيطة. وأوضحت النتائج أن نقص وعي وإدراك المسيرين، تخوفهم من التغيير، ضعف التركيز على العميل وكذا ضعف القدرات المالية هي أكثر المعوقات التي تؤثر على تطبيق استراتيجية الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات محل الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of adopting the total quality strategy and identifying the obstacles that limit its success in small and medium enterprises, considering the specificity of this type of enterprises at the level of organization and its various relations with the environment. The results indicated that the limited awareness and perceptions of managers, and the fear of change, poor customer focus and weak financial capabilities are the most significant constraints affecting the implementation of the total quality strategy in the enterprises under study.
