البحث الإعلامي في الجزائر بين ضرورات الارتقاء بالبحث الأكاديمي و تحدي التنمية الشاملة

Résumé: Abstract : There is no doubt that the profound transformation witnessed by human life in the modern era has taken place at various levels , the media was not so much more aware of it , than it was the more fortunate element of the process of transformation and its main contributor . It has become one of the strategic proponents of building political , economic , social and cultural development projects , and successful development policies can not be established without effective reforms with well-defined media plans . The societal need for media research imposed a convergence of its results with community concerns through an integrated approach commensurate with current benefits , but the deepening of the media attention to the developmental problems and the democratic stakes , and the transition from stereotype transfer to active participation in all national construction plans and follow their cours . الملخص : لا شك أن التحول العميق الذي شهدته حياة الإنسان في العصر الحديث اعترى مختلف المستويات ، فلم يكن الإعلام بمنأى عنها بقدر ما كان العنصر الأكثر حظا من مسيرة التحول و المساهم الأبرز فيه ، فأصبح أحد الدعائم الاستراتيجية لبناء مشاريع التنمية السياسية ، الاقتصادية ، الاجتماعية والحضارية ، إذ لا يمكن إرساء سياسات تنموية ناجحة دون إحداث إصلاحات فعالة تعتمد خططا إعلامية محكمة . فالضرورة المجتمعية للبحث الإعلامي فرضت تلاقح نتائجه مع الهموم المجتمعية من خلال مقاربة متكاملة تتناسب والاستحقاقات الراهنة ، فالمطلوب ليس فقط التوسع في استخدام ما توصلت إليه التقنية الإعلامية ، لكن تعميق تناول الإعلامي للمشكلات التنموية و الرهانات الديمقراطية ، و الانتقال من نمطية نقل الصورة إلى المشاركة الفعالة في كافة خطط البناء الوطني و تتبع سيرها .
