Blockchain Is A Secure Future For Copyright Protection In The Digital Environment And A Challenge To Existing Legal Systems
Résumé: This study aims to recognize the importance of blockchain as a technological technology produced by the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the process of protecting copyright and digital neighboring rights, The technical and practical aspects underlying blockchain technology and the protection it provides to the literary and financial rights of the author in the information society were discussed, This protection is spent even on neighbouring rights, making this technique a safe future for this type of rights, However, in parallel, blockchain technology poses significant challenges to the current legal system of copyright and related rights.
