الفروق في أنماط الإدارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات ولاية الوادي
Résumé: بهدف الكشف عن المتغيرات التي تشكل الفروق في أنماط الإدارة الصفية بين أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، طرح الباحث مشكلة دراسته من خلال التساؤل التالي: هل توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في أنماط الإدارة الصفية بين أساتذة التعليم المتوسط؟ مستخدما المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، وجمع بياناتها بتطبيق استبيان أنماط الإدارة الصفية على عينة من الأساتذة العاملين بمتوسطات ولاية الوادي .وتوصل إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في أنماط الإدارة الصفية بين أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس ومادة التدريس وسنوات العمل . In order to reveal the variables that constitute the differences in classroom management patterns among middle school teachers ,the researcher posed a problem with his study through the following question :Are there statistically significant differences in classroom management patterns among middle school teachers ?Using the descriptive approach to this study and collecting its data by applying a questionnaire for classroom management patterns to a sample of professors working in the middle schools of El'Oued state. In addition ,he found that there are statistically significant differences in the classroom management patterns among the middle education teachers due to the variables of gender ,teaching material and years of work.
