مستوى ونوعية الاضطرابات النفسعصبية بحسب مقياس Moca وعلاقتها بمستويات Hba1c لدى المرضى المصابين بالسكري دراسة ميدانية ب مستشفى محمد بوضياف - ورقلة -
Résumé: تناولت الدراسة موضوع الاضطرابات النفسعصبية لدى المرضى المصابين بالسكري وعلاقتها بمستويات HbA1c ، حيث انطلقت من فرضية مفادها توقع وجود اضطرابات نفسعصبية لدى المرضى المصابين السكري حسب مقياس MoCA ، وتوقع اختلاف مستوى ونوعية هذه الاضطرابات باختلاف الجنس والسن ونوع السكري ومدة الإزمان باختلاف مستويات الهيموغلوبين الجليكوزيلي HbA1c ، كما نتوقع وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الاضطرابات النفسعصبية و مستوى HbA1c. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وهذا من خلال الكشف عن العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة حيث شملت العينة 100 مريض مصاب بالسكري من المترددين على "بيت السكري" التابع لمستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة، وقد تمت المعاينة بطريقة قصدية. تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في: مقياس التقييم المعرفي المتبع في مونتريال (MoCA)، و اختبار الحالة العقلية المختصر MMSE كمحك صدق. تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود اضطرابات نفسعصبية لدى المرضى المصابين بالسكري خاصة في الذاكرة واللغة والتجريد، و يوجد اختلاف في مستوى ونوعية الاضطرابات النفسعصبية باختلاف الجنس والسن ونوع السكري ومدة الإزمان ونسبة HbA1c ، و تشير النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الاضطرابات النفسعصبية ومستوى HbA1c في بعد اللغة. إن اضطراب مستويات السكر قد يؤدي إلى اضطرابات نفسية عصبية تزيد من معاناة المرضى المصابين بالسكري، وعلى الأطباء والمختصين النفسانيين أخذها بعين الاعتبار في التكفل والعلاج الطبي و النفسي. كلمات مفتاحية: سكري،اضطرابات نفسعصبية،MoCA، HbA1c. This study explores neuropsychological disorders in patients with diabetes and its relation to HbA1c levels. We suppose ,as hypothesis, that the level and quality of these disorders assessed with MoCA test varied according to gender, age, type of diabetes and. and duration of time. We expect a correlation between neural disorders and HbA1c. The study adopted the descriptive descriptive approach by revealing the relationship between the variables of the study. The sample included 100 patients with diabetic who visited the "House of Diabetes" at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital. We used MoCA and the MMSE.. Results indicate that there are neurological disorders in patients with diabetes, especially in memory, language and abstraction. There is a difference in the level and quality of neurological disorders according to sex, age, type of diabetes, duration of time and HbA1c. The results indicate a correlation between language disorders and HbA1c level. Disturbance of sugar levels may lead to neuropsychological disorders that increase the suffering of patients with diabetes, physicians and psychologists must take these findings into account in the care of diabetes patients..
