أثر التضخم علي عوائد الأسهم دراسة تطبيقية لبورصة السعودية للفترة "2003-2015 ".
Résumé: تهدف هذه دراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين معدلات التضخم وعوائد الأسهم، كيفية استخدام الأسهم كوسيلة تحوط ضد مخاطر انخفاض القدرة الشرائية للثروة الناتجة عن ارتفاع معدلات التضخم، من هنا تم تكوين عينة الدراسة متمثلة في سلاسل زمنية لمعدلات التضخم ومتوسطات عوائد قطاعات الشركات المدرجة في بورصة السعودية ( المصارف والخدمات المالية، الطاقة والمرافق الخدمية، التطوير العقاري، النقل، الصناعات البيتروكمياوية )، خلال فترة الدراسة ( 2003-2015 ). و لتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على عينة مكونة من 13 مشاهدة، وفقا للمعطيات السنوية لمعدلات التضخم وأسعار الأسهم المختارة وتوزيعات أرباحها، لحساب عائد السهم السنوي، ذلك باستعمال أمثل طريقة والتي تتمثل في طريقة المربعات الصغرى (OLS)، لاختبار العلاقة بين معدلات التضخم وعوائد الأسهم. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة احصائية بين معدلات التضخم وعوائد الأسهم عند مستوى معنوية 0.05، أي أن التضخم يؤثر سلبا على عوائد الأسهم السنوية لكل من قطاعات الشركات المدرجة في بورصة السعودية، كما انه لا يمكن الاعتماد على الأسهم كأداة للحماية من مخاطر التضخم في بورصة السعودية. This study aim to test the relationship between stock returns and inflation rates and how to use stock as a hedge against the risk of decline in the purchasing power of wealth resulting from the increase of inflation rates, the study sample was represented as time series of inflation rates and Saudi stock exchange companies average returns (Banks and financial services, energy and utilities, real estate development, transportation, Petrochemical industries) during the period (2003-2015). And to solve the problem of the subject and test hypotheses they rely on method OLS, According to the annual data for inflation rates and selected stock prices and profits distribution, To calculate the return of annual stock. The study concluded that the inflation negatively affects the annual stock returns for each sector (Banks and financial services, energy and utilities, real estate development, transportation, petrochemical industries) and we can’t rely on the stock as a tool to protect against the risk of inflation in the Saudi Stock Exchange.
