التنوع الثقافي والاستقرار الهش في نيجيريا من المعضلة السياسية الأمنية إلى الرهان التنموي

Résumé: تشهد دول القارة الأفريقية مختلف أشكال التنوع الثقافي والاثني، حيث أنها في العديد من الحالات لم تتمكن من التعامل بشكل إيجابي مع هذا التنوع والثراء. وتعتبر نيجيريا نموذجا من هذه الدول، حيث شهدت العديد من النزاعات المسلحة الداخلية، مما أدى لغياب الاستقرار سواء في إقليم هذه الدولة أو حتى لدى دول الجوار الجغرافي. سنحاول في هذا المقال تبيان مساهمة غياب التوافق بين مختلف التشكيلات الهوياتية والمجتمعية في انعدام الاستقرار السياسي، وانعكاس ذلك كله على تحقيق التنمية في دولة نيجيريا كنموذج. The countries of the African continent witness various forms of cultural and ethnic diversity, as in many cases they have not been able to deal positively with this diversity and richness. Nigeria is a model of these countries, as it witnessed many internal armed conflicts, which led to the lack of stability, whether in the territory of this country or even in the neighboring countries. In this article, we will try to show the contribution of the lack of compatibility between various identities and societal formations to political instability, and the reflection of all of this on achieving development in Nigeria as a model.
