صندوق التضامن والضمان للجماعات المحلية في الجزائر ودوره في التنمية المحلية
Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع صندوق التضامن و الضمان للجماعات المحلية في الجزائر من خلال تقديم الإطار المفاهيمي للجماعات المحلية، ودور هذا الصندوق في مساهمته في إحداث التنمية المحلية في الجزائر بالتطرق الى تدخلات صندوق الجماعات المحلية المشترك خلال سنة2017 إذ يعتبر هذا الأخير آلية يمكن لها أن تخلق الى حد ما توازن في ميزانيات البلديات والولايات ، التي تعاني صعوبات مالية في تنفيذ و تسيير ماليتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الولاية، البلدية، التنمية المحلية، صندوق التضامن و الضمان للجماعات المحلية. رموز jel: XN2، XN1. Abstract: This study dealt with the issue of solidarity and guarantee fund for local communities in algeria through the presentation of the conceptual framework of local communities and the role of this fund in contributing to local development in algeria by addressing the activities of the joint community fund in 2017.
