دراسة تحليلية لدور سياسة الدعم الفلاحي في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مختلف سياسات دعم القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر، وابراز مدى قدرة الدعم الحكومي على تحقيق الامن الغذائي في الجزائر من خلال اجراء دراسة تحليلية على واقع الدعم الفلاحي في الجزائر. وخلصت هذه الدراسة الى أن سياسة الدعم الحكومي أسهمت في تعزيز الإنتاج الزراعي وتحسين بعض جوانب الأمن الغذائي. ومع ذلك، لا تعتبر قادرة بشكل كامل على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي. فلا زالت هناك تحديات عديدة تواجه القطاع الفلاحي وتعيق القدرة على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي الكلي. This study aims to know the various policies to support the agricultural sector in Algeria, and to highlight the extent of the ability of government support to achieve food security in Algeria by conducting an analytical study on the reality of agricultural support in Algeria. This study concluded that the government support policy contributed to Enhancing agricultural production and improving some aspects of food security. However, it is not considered fully capable of achieving food security. There are still many challenges facing the agricultural sector that hinder the ability to achieve total food security.
