دور الإعلام الأمني في نشر ثقافة المواطنة
Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذا العمل إلى إبراز دور الإعلام الأمني في نشر ثقافة المواطنة من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية نتطرق فيها أولا إلى مفهومي الإعلام الأمني وثقافة المواطنة، ثم نتعرض إلى الاستراتيجيات الاتصالية المتبعة من طرف وسائل الإعلام الأمني في نشر ثقافة المواطنة، والتي تتمثل أساسا في الحملات الإعلامية، ووسائل الاتصال الجماهيري، والوسائط الاتصالية الحديثة، ثم نتطرق أخيرا إلى الأهداف التي يسعى إلى تحقيقها الإعلام الأمني من خلال نشر ثقافة المواطنة وتتمثل- في تقديرنا- في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني والوحدة الوطنية، ومحاربة كل أشكال التطرف والإرهاب وتفعيل المشاركة الفاعلة في الحياة العامة. Abstract: In this work, we aim to highlight the role of security media related to spreading citizenship culture through a sociological approach. We firstly, evoke the concepts of security information and citizenship culture. Then, we expose the strategies adopted by security information media in order to spread citizenship culture which are basically the information campaigns, the mass media and the modern communicational media. Finally, we put the accent on the objectives that the information security aims to achieve in matter of citizenship culture. The latter can strengthen the national belonging and unity and reject all forms of extremism and terrorism and stimulate social participation in public life.
