نحو إرساء ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الشباب الجزائري

Résumé: تعتبر المقاولاتية من القضايا المثارة في أوساط الشباب الجزائري نظرا للتغيرات التي مست المنظومة السوسيواقتصادية، حيث برزت معها ثقافة المقاولاتية باعتبارها عامل مهم لنجاح المشاريع الاستثمارية، فالتحول نحو اقتصاد السوق فتح المجال أمام القطاع الخاص ونشاط المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وأصبح تشجيع الاستثمار المقاولاتي لدى الشباب الجامعي هدفا للدولة، حيث استحدثت تشريعات وهيئات مساعدة، إلا أن ذلك يتطلب نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية التي ترتبط بمتغيرات عدة متفاعلة متعلقة بثقافة العمل كالقيم والاتجاهات السائدة في المجتمع، إضافة إلى وجود مشكلات تعيق سيرورة العمل المقاولاتي. من هذا المنطلق تهدف ورقتنا البحثية إلى ابراز واقع المقاولاتية واهم العوامل المساعدة على نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية والمشكلات التي تواجه إرساءها في الجزائر. Entrepreneurship is one of the issues raised among Algerian youth due to the changes that affected the socio-economic system, where entrepreneurship culture emerged as an important factor for the success of investment projects. The shift towards a market economy opened the way for the private sector, notably small and medium enterprises activities. Encouraging entrepreneurial investment among students became a governmental policy, where legislation and corroborative agencies were created. However, this requires the dissemination of the entrepreneurial culture, which is associated with several interactive variables related to the culture of work, such as the values and trends prevailing in society, in addition to the existence of problems that hinder the process of contracting work. From this point of view, our research paper aims to highlight the reality of entrepreneurship and the most important factors that help spread the culture of entrepreneurship and the problems facing its establishment in Algeria.
