الإبداع الإعلامي الدّعائي في عصر شبكات التّواصل الإجتماعي - بروباغاندا الــــ E-flies نموذجاً - Media Creativity In The Age Of Social Networking - The Proganda E-flies Model -

Résumé: الملخّص: هدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضّوء على ظاهرة الذّباب الإلكتروني (E-flies) التي تُعتبر ظاهرة جديدة في تقنيات ممارسة الدعاية بمختلف أشكالها، وهذا بوصف هذه الأخيرة (الدعاية)، وظيفة أصيلة من وظائف تحقيق الإعلام لأهدافه. ولم يكن مصطلح الدّعاية يحمل مضمون سلبي إلاّ مع ظهور مصطلح البروباغاندا كوسيلة للإقناع السياسي، الذي يُعتبر قديم قدم الأنظمة السياسية في التاريخ، إلاّ أنه لم يُستخدم في علوم الإعلام والإتصال إلاّ خلال القرن التّاسع عشر. في هذا المقال سنحاول دراسة ظاهرة الذّباب الإلكتروني (E-flies) بوصفها بروباغاندا متطوّرة، وكيف ساهمت شبكات التّواصل الإجتماعي (من خلال قدرتها على توجيه الرأي العام سياسيًا واجتماعيًا وثقافيا) في هذا الإبداع الإعلامي السّلبي Abstract: This article aims to highlight the phenomenon of electronic flies (E-flies), which is a new phenomenon in the techniques of the practice of advertising in various forms and this as the latter (propaganda) an original function of the media to achieve its objectives. The term propaganda did not carry a negative content except with the advent of the term propaganda as a means of political persuasion, which was the oldest political system in history, but was used in the sciences of information and communication only during the nineteenth century. In this article we will try to study the phenomenon of e-flies as a sophisticated propaganda, and how social networks (through their ability to guide public opinion politically, socially and culturally) contributed to this negative media creativity.
