دراسة تحليلية لفرص ومخاطر التكنولوجيا المالية على الإستقرار المالي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم تأثيرات التكنولوجيا المالية التي تعد من أحدث الابتكارات المالية رواجا على المستوى العالمي على الإستقرار المالي، من خلال تحليل أهم الفرص والمخاطر المرتبطة بها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا المالية تحمل الكثير من الفرص التي تعزز الإستقرار المالي من خلال دورها في تحقيق الشمول المالي وتعزيز السيولة وأنظمة الدفع، وتمويل عمليات التجارة وتقديم حلول وإبتكارات مالية رقمية تتوافق وإحتياجات العملاء، غير أنها في ظل نقص الأطر التنظيمية الملائمة تشكل خطرا على الإستقرار المالي بتأثيرها على أداء وفعالية السياسة المالية والنقدية، وتزايد مخاطر غسيل الأموال والتهديدات السيبرانية ومخاطر التمويل اللامركزي وتقلب قيمة العملات المشفرة، وتغيير سلسلة الوساطة المصرفية. The main aim of this study is to highlight the most important effects of financial technology, which is one of the most popular and global financial innovations, on financial stability, through analyzing its most important related opportunities and risks. The study results revealed that financial technology has many opportunities which enhance financial stability through achieving financial inclusion, enhancing liquidity and payment systems, financing trade operations and providing digital financial solutions and innovations that are suitable to customer needs, but in light of the lack of appropriate regulatory frameworks, it can threaten the financial stability because of its impact on the performance and effectiveness of both fiscal and monetary policy, the increasing risks of money laundering, cyber risks, the decentralized financing risks, the volatility of the value of cryptocurrencies, and the change of the banking intermediation chain.
