Optimisation De La Production Des Puits De Gaz À Condensat Sur Le Champ Mle Bloc 405-b
Résumé: Gas condensate well has unique reservoir characteristics, the perturbed well behavior affects the production rate significantly. The objective of this work was to develop a methodology to increase the productivity of gas/condensate from gas-condensate wells of MLE block 405b. These wells experience reductions in productivity due to an upstream problem “Liquid loading” in the wellbore. The work aims to eliminate the problem by optimization of multiple scenarios of solutions using IT tools. The strategy of the study is to qualify the most rich wells affected by the problem, investigation and analyses has been made on operations, DGS, SGS, WT and then pass them on two rounds (preliminary screening round, technical evaluation cycle), the results of the well tests showed MLE_08 and MZLN_02 had the highest CGR and a fast abnormal pressure decline. As a fast and effective solution, a MPP was installed at the surface of MLE_08 making it the pilot case for the installation of the pumps on all the MLE project, another technologies were investigated on the preliminary screening round of the decisional making for the MZLN_02 only Velocity String was qualified for the technical evaluation cycle with a fast and positive economical returns
