إشكالية الأمن بمنطقة الساحل الإفريقي بين الأبعاد المحلية و الإقليمية

Résumé: تشهد منطقة الساحل الأفريقي مجموعة من الأزمات المتعددة الأبعاد في شكل نزاعات حدودية، حركات انفصالية و تطرفية، تمردات، انقلابات عسكرية و محاولات لتغيير الأنظمة و انتشار للجماعات المسلحة و أشكال الجريمة المنظمة، لتقع المنطقة في مأزق أمني الأمر الذي أنتج تهديدات داخلية للوحدات المشكلة للمنطقة امتدت رقعتها الجغرافية و تجاوزت حدودها الوطنية، لتصبح المنطقة أكثر خطرا بتهديدات غير مستقرة تمتاز بشدة ديناميتها وسرعة انتشارها، لتتدهور البيئة الأمنية في الساحل بسبب مجموعة من العوامل التركيبية ذات البعد الداخلي بسبب المبنى الاجتماعي و السياسي و الاقتصادي والأمني الهش آخذة بعدها الإقليمي و التداخل الجيوبوليتيكي للنزاعات، ما يجعل الساحل حزاما منتجا للصراعات التي تتميز في مجملها بعدم اليقين ممتدة على كامل عرض القارة الإفريقية. كلمات مفتاحية: الساحل الإفريقي.، الهشاشة.، انعدام الأمن.، التهديد.، الجماعات المسلحة. Abstract: The Sahel region of Africa is experiencing a rang of multi-dimensional crises, in the form of border disputes, separatist and extremist movements, rebellions, military coups, and attempts to change the systems and the spread of armed groups and forms of organized crime, that made the region fall into a security dilemma, which resulted an internal threats to the formed units of the region, whose geographical area extended and exceeded its national borders, which make the region more dangerous with unstable threat, that are rapidly spreading, which made the security environment in the Sahel deteriorate due to a combination of structural factors of an internal dimension due to the fragile social, political, economic and security building, taking on its regional dimension and geopolitical interference to conflicts, this make the Sahel a productive belt of conflicts, which are characterized by their overall uncertainty spread across the entire continent of Africa.
