النظام القانوني لعقود المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية

Résumé: عالجنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع النظام القانوني لعقود المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية ،فالمؤسسة العمومية تشكل القاعدة الإقتصاديةالأساسية منذ الاستقلال،فهذه الأخيرة وسيلة فعالة في شتى الميادين خاصة الإقتصادية ، فهي تلبي حاجيات المجتمع ومتطلباته، و كما قمنا بتحديد الأساس او النظام القانوني لعقود المؤسسات العموميةالاقتصادية من خلال وضع الأحكام المتعلقة بهذه العقود من خلال مرحله إبرام وتنفيذ إضافة إلى ذلك تبيان طرق حل هذه المؤسسة المتمثلة في العديد من الاسباب العادية منها والغير عادية و أهم الآثار المترتبة عن عقود هذه المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية. الكلمات المفتاحية: النظام القانوني، المؤسسة العمومية،عقود المؤسسات. SUMMRY In this study, we discuss the issue of the legal system of contracts for public economic institution. Public institutions have formed a basic regulatory basis since their independent. The latter is an effective tool in various fields, especially in the business sector. It meets the needs and requirements of society and lays the foundation or legal system for contracts for public economic institutions by formulating the terms related to contracts for public economic institutions at the stages of conclusion and execution. I have also witnessed the methods of dismantling this institution for many normal and unusual reasons, as well as the impact of these contracts for public economic institutions.
