دور المصـالحة الوطنية في تحقيق التنمية السياسية في الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص : ملخص : إن المصالحة الوطنية بوصفها نسقا قيميا قائم على فكرة الحل الشامل للأزمة الوطنية باجتثاث جذورها والقضاء على مسبباتها، وقد شملت المصالحة الوطنية في الجزائر أبعاد مختلفة تؤسس لفترة ما بعد الأزمة الوطنية، وذلك بإرساء ثقافة جديدة والمتمثلة في ثقافة السلم والمصالحة . وقد ظهر ذلك جليا من خلال إطلاق عدة إصلاحات سياسية وتعديلات دستورية تهدف الى توسيع المشاركة السياسية خلال العملية الانتخابية وفي إطار سعي السلطة السياسية الحاكمة لتفعيل التنمية السياسية خلال هذه المرحلة, رغم أن عملية استعادة الأمن الداخلي وتفعيل الدور الخارجي للجزائر كان ضمن أوليات النظام السياسي خلال هذه الفترة وذلك لبناء ودعم الاستقرار خاصة في بعده الأمني والتي نجح فيها النظام السياسي بفضل التفاف الشعب الجزائري حول هذا المشروع. Abstract: The national reconciliation in Algeria has a different dimension to the period after the national crisis by establishing a new culture of peace and reconciliation. This has been clearly demonstrated by the launching of several political reforms and constitutional amendments aimed at expanding political participation during the electoral process and in the framework of the political power seeking to activate political development during this stage, although the process of restoring internal security and activating the external role of Algeria was one of the priorities of the political system during this period,The period to build and support stability, especially in the security dimension, which succeeded the political system thanks to the Algerian people wrapped around this project.
