أصول المنهج الحداثي في الفهم و الاستنباط ( دراسة تحليلية - نقدية )

Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة لظاهرة القراءة الحداثية في تأويل النصوص الشرعية ، و قد بين موقف الحداثيين من أصول الفهم و الاستنباط التي وضعها علماء الشريعة في علم أصول الفقه ، ثم عرج على المنهج الحداثي في محاولة للبحث عن القواعد التي بني عليها فلم نعثر على قواعد علمية و أصول مستمدة من الشريعة و من علوم اللغة بل هي أفكار متناثرة و اقتباس من المناهج الغربية في نقدهم للكتاب المقدس ، و استرجاع لأفكار المستشرقين ، فكانت النتيجة ميلاد فكر مشوه و مسخ للدين لا يرضاه عاقل فضلا عن أن يكون بديلا حضاريا يقوم على أنقاض التراث . كلمات مفتاحية: الحداثة – التراث – القراءة المعاصرة – التأويل . Abstract: The research showed the position of the modernists from the principles of understanding and deduction developed by Sharia scholars in the science of jurisprudence and the science of interpretation. Then it went to the modernist method in an attempt to search for the rules on which it was constructed. The researcher did not find scientific rules based on principles derived from Sharia and language sciences, merely, they were scattered ideas topped with a tone of arrogance and quoting from Western approaches, and retrieval of the orientalists' ideas. The result was that they came out to us with a deformed understanding that a sane Muslim would not accept, let alone a civilized alternative based on the ruins of heritage.
