استراتيجية إدارة الوقت لدى موظفي الإدارة الجامعية الجزائرية وأثرها في أدائهم الوظيفي: دراسة ميدانية في جامعة أم البواقي

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على استراتيجية إدارة الوقت لدى موظفي الإدارة الجامعية الجزائرية وأثرها في أدائهم الوظيفي، وبالتحديد على فئة موظفي إدارة جامعة أم البواقي والبالغ عددهم 630 إداريا، وقد اعتمدنا لإجراء الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمنا أداة الاستبيان الذي وزع على عينة الدراسة المقدر عددها بـ 239 مفردة، تم سحبها بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، وتوصلت الدراسة لوجود مستوى مرتفع من إدارة الوقت لدى موظفي إدارة جامعة أم البواقي. ووجود مستوى مرتفع جدا من الأداء الوظيفي لدى موظفي إدارة جامعة أم البواقي. وأخيرا، وجود أثر دال احصائيا لاستراتيجية إدارة الوقت على الأداء الوظيفي لدى موظفي إدارة جامعة أم البواقي. Abstract: The study aims to identify the time management strategy of the employees of the Algerian university administration and its impact on their job performance, specifically on the category of employees of the administration of Oum el Bouaghi University, who number 630 administrators. It was drawn in a random stratified manner, and the study concluded that there is a high level of time management among the employees of the administration of Oum el Bouaghi University. And the presence of a very high level of job performance among the management staff of Oum el Bouaghi University. Finally, there is a statistically significant effect of the time management strategy on the job performance of the administration staff of Oum el Bouaghi University.
