الإنتاج الأنظف كأداة فعالة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة دراسة حالة إسمنت تبسة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإنتاج الأنظف في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية من خلال دراسة إشكالية مدى مساهمة الإنتاج الأنظف في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وبهدف الحفاظ على البيئة تحتم على المؤسسات الاقتصادية انتهاج تقنيات الإنتاج الأنظف التي من شأنها أن تخفض التكاليف من جهة وتحسين الأداء البيئي من جهة أخرى. كما كشفت الدراسة عن مدى مساهمة مؤسسة إسمنت تبسة بمبادرات متنوعة في مجال الإنتاج الأنظف بهدف الحد من التلوث الناتج عن صناعة الإسمنت، وإدخال تقنيات جديدة على أساليبها الإنتاجية، وبذلك تكون قد أسهمت في تحقيق قيمة بيئية من ناحية الموارد الطبيعية واستغلالها بشكل يضمن للأجيال المقبلة الاستفادة منها. The study aims to identify the reality of cleaner production in the Algerian economic establishment through a problematic study of the extent of cleaner production's contribution to achieving sustainable development. In order to preserve the environment, it is imperative that economic institutions adopt cleaner production techniques that will reduce costs on the one hand and improve environmental performance on the other. The study also revealed the extent of the contribution of Tebessa Cement Corporation to various initiatives in the field of cleaner production in order to reduce pollution resulting from the cement industry, and to introduce new technologies to its production methods, and thus have contributed to achieving an environmental value in terms of natural resources and their exploitation in a way that ensures future generations benefit from them .
