مكانة العلماء ودورهم في الحجاز من منتصف القرن الأول إلى القرن الرابع الهجري/ من منتصف القرن السابع إلى العاشر الميلادي

Résumé: The researcher sheds light on the place of scholars and their role in the Hijaz from the middle of the first century to the fourth century AH / from the middle of the seventh century to the tenth century AD, and the researcher was limited to the two holy cities - Mecca and Medina - for their great importance and influence on all the cities and villages of Hijaz. The plan for this research required that it be conducted in two papers, preceded by an introduction explaining the importance of the topic, which lay in the status of Muslim scholars among private and public people, and the extent to which they - i.e. scientists - influence their societies at various levels. The first research dealt with the place of scholars in Islam, and reflected the high status of scholars in Islam, as well as their honour with God and their honour over the rest of creation, and then highlighted the place of scholars in the Hijaz. The second topic is about the role of scientists in Hijaz, and contains four main axes, where each axis specialized in a certain aspect of public life in the following order: their role in political life, their role in social life, their role in economic life, their role in scientific life. The research concluded with the conclusion that dealt with the most important findings of the researcher.
