واقع الحاجة إلى الإرشاد الأكاديمي لدى طلبة السنة الأولى جذع مشترك بجامعة باتنة

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الحاجة إلى الإرشاد الأكاديمي لدى طلبة السنة الأولى جذع مشترك، تكونت العينة من (146) طالباً وطالبة، بجامعة باتنة، منهم (65) من الذكور و (81) من الإناث اختيروا بطريقة عرضية، للسنة الدراسية 2014/2015 اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء استبيان الحاجة إلى الإرشاد الأكاديمي بعد التأكد من صدق وثباته، وقد تم تحليل البيانات المجمعة بالاعتماد على معامل الارتباط لبيرسون(Pearson)، واستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار (ت) T-test لمعرفة الفروق، إلى جانب الاستعانة ببرنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن طلبة السنة الأولى جذع مشترك بحاجة إلى الإرشاد الأكاديمي (الحاجات النفسية، الحاجات الدراسية، الحاجات الاجتماعية ) على الترتيب. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في الحاجة إلى الإرشاد الأكاديمي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس وذلك لصالح الإناث في الحاجات النفسية والدراسية ولصالح الذكور في الحاجات الاجتماعية، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، واستنتاجاته تمت التوصية بمجموعة من الإجراءات التي من شأنها إرشاد وتوجيه طالب السنة الأولى جامعي. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the reality of the need Academic Advising to the first year students of the trunk of a joint, The sample consisted of (146) students, university of Batna, Of them (65) were male and (81) were female Selected incidentally, for the academic year 2014/2015. Researcher adopted the descriptive approach, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher the need to build academic guidance questionnaire after making sure of the sincerity and persistence, the collected data analysis relying on Pearson correlation coefficient, and extraction of averages, standard deviations, and T-test to see differences, besides the use of the program of statistical packages for Social Sciences (SPSS), the results showed the first year students of the trunk of a common need to Academic Advising(psychological needs, school needs, social needs) respectively. the results also showed there are significant differences in the need for Academic Guidance depending on the variable sex and females in favor of the psychological and academic needs and in favor of males in the social needs, in light of the search results and conclusions were recommended range of actions that will guiding and directing first-year university student.
