التمويل الجماعي الإسلامي: فرص بديلة للتمويل في العالم العربي

Résumé: الملخص: عرفت السنوات الأخيرة اهتماما متزايدا بقطاع المؤسسات والمشاريع الصغيرة، فقد شهدنا عدة مبادرات حكومية لتشجيع القطاع ودفعه نحو التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق فرض العمل والتخفيف من أعباء الحكومات، وتكاثفت الجهود لتذليل الصعوبات أمام أصحاب الشركات الناشئة والمشاريع الصغيرة، ورغم كل هذه الجهود لازالت قلة فرص التمويل تتصدر قائمة التحديات. وبسبب احتكار المصارف للتمويل في البيئة العربية، لا بد من البحث عن أدوات بديلة خاصة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي، ومع ظهور التقنية المالية Fintech تغيرت طريقة الإقراض والوصول إلى المال. وإحدى أهم أدوات التمويل هو التمويل الجماعي، الذي تحاول هذه الدراسة البحثية، توضيح مفهومه وأنواعه، وأهم ضوابطه الشرعية.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد بعض الضوابط الشرعية للتمويل الجماعي، واقتراح بعض المشاريع المناسبة لك نمط من أنماط التمويل الجماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمويل الجماعي، التمويل الجماعي الإسلامي، التوافق مع الشريعة، الدول العربية. Abstract Recent years have seen a growing interest in the enterprise and microenterprise sector. We have seen several government initiatives to encourage the sector, drive economic development, create employment and reduce government burdens, and intensify efforts to overcome difficulties for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Despite all these efforts, the lacks of funding opportunities still the top obstacle of challenges. Because of the banks' monopoly on financing in the Arab countries, alternative tools must be sought in the light of technological development. With the advent and spread of financial technology, Fintech has changed the way of lending and access to money. One of the most important financing tools is crowd funding, which this research clarify its concept and types, and its most important shariah compliance rules. and suggest some appropriate projects for each type of crowd funding.
