فلسفة نشأة الدولة عند ابن خلدون- من فلسفة القبيلة.....إلى فلسفة الدولة-

Résumé: ملخص: إن العمران كله من بداوة وحضارة ومللك له عمر محسوس كما أن للشخص الواحد من أشخاص المكونات عمرا محسوسا... في الغالب لا تعدوا أعمار ثلاثة أجيال ... واعلم أن مبنى الملك على أساسين لابد منهما، فالأول الشوكة والعصبية وهو المعبر عنه بالجند والثاني المال(الاقتصاد) الذي هو قوام أولئك الجند وإقامة ما يحتاج إليه الملك من الأحوال والخلل إذا طرق الدولة، طرقها في هذين الأساسين" ابن خلدون-المقدمة- إن مفهوم الدولة الذي أشار إليه ابن خلدون في مقدمته ليس مفهوما فلسفيا مجردا يمكن عزله عن بيئته التاريخية. وليس كذلك مفهوما تاريخيا مستنبطا من أنظمة محددة بعينها. إنه مفهوم تاريخي اجتماعي قانوني، حيث عمل المؤرخ والمفكر البحث عن النواميس والقواعد التي تعتبر بمثابة القواسم المشتركة لمجموع الدول والأمم التي يتم استيعابها لفهم بنية القانونية والتاريخية لهذه الدول. بالنسبة له المركز هو الحضارة، مصدر كل السلطة. ولكن من أجل الحصول على هذه القوة، من الضروري الجمع بين: (العصبية)، ملك (موارد مادية) ودعوة (مورد رمزي). الكلمات المفتاحية: الحضارة، البداوة، العصبية، الدولة، القوة، القانون.
