حكم التداوي بعلاجات الطاقة الحيوية: دراسة فقهية

Résumé: الملخص: يدرس البحث مسألة التداوي بعلاجات الطاقة الحيوية وحكمها الفقهي، ويعرض البحث تصويرًا لحقيقة العلاج بالطاقة الحيوية، وتعريفًا بعناصره، وأهم خصائصه. ويتناول البحث الخلاف الفقهي الناشئ في حكم العلاج بالطاقة الحيوية، ويعرض الأدلة المستَدَل بها ومناقشتَها؛ وصولًا إلى رأي راجح في المسألة. ومن أهم النتائج التي وصل إليها البحث: وجود بعض السّمات في طبيعة التداوي بالطاقة الحيوية التي تؤثر في الحكم الفقهي للمسألة. ومنها: الاعتماد على مصادر غيبية وأدوات غير حسية في العلاج، وتأثُر العلاج بمعتقدات المعالِـج وفكره الروحي. كما انتهى البحث إلى أن تضمُّن وسيلة العلاج بالطاقة الحيوية على مخالفات وممارسات شركية يعد العامل الرئيسي في الحكم على العلاج. Abstract: This research studies the jurisprudence of therapy through vital energy treatments. It discusses the nature of vital energy treatments, defines its elements and lists its main characteristics. The jurisprudence debate is presented and evidence of both sides is studied. As a result, the predominant judgment on the issue is put forward. A key finding of the research is that the jurisprudence ruling on vital energy treatments is mainly affected by the elements used within it, including: -The reliance on metaphysical sources and extrasensory perception in the treatment, and -The effect of the therapist's beliefs and spiritual thoughts on the nature of the treatment. Furthermore, the research concludes that the main factor in judging the treatment is the incorporation of counter-Islamic and polytheistic practices within it.
