اليقظة الإستراتيجية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة (العوائق والتصديات).

Résumé: تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من ضمن أهم مصادر دعم التنمية المستدامة، لذلك فهي وجهة مختلف دول العالم، فبالرغم من الأهمية التي تمتلكها إلا أنها تواجه جملة من العوائق التي تعرقل طريقها نحو النمو والتطور كغيرها من المؤسسات الأخرى، هذا الأمر دفع بها لتبني مفهوم اليقظة الإستراتيجية للوقوف أمام هذه المشاكل باعتبارها أسلوبا للتصدي لمثل هذه العوائق. تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة المشاكل التي تعرقل نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وأهمية اليقظة الإستراتيجية في التصدي لهذه العراقيل. توصلنا من خلال دراستنا إلى مساهمة اليقظة الإستراتيجية في التصدي لمختلف المشاكل التي تعرقل رقي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، لذلك وجب تفعيل تبنيها. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، اليقظة الإستراتيجية، المشاكل، النمو. Abstract: Small and medium entreprises are among the most important sources of support for sustainble development, Therefore, it is the destination of various countries of the world, in spite of the importance it possesses, it faces a number of obstacles tha hinder its path towards growth and development, like other institutions, this led her to adopt the concept of strategic vigilance to stand in front of these problems as a way to address such obstaces. This study aims to find out the problems that hinder the growth of small and mediu m -sized entreprises and the importance of strategic vigilance in addressing these obstacles Through our study, we found the contribution of strategic vigilance in addressing the various problems that hinder the development of small and medium-sized entrepries.
